There, she led high‑volume commercial billing operations, implemented standardized processes, and partnered across departments to improve accuracy, reduce discrepancies, and strengthen cash flow. She is recognized for her ability to resolve complex disputes, streamline workflows, and coach teams toward higher performance. At Omega Financial Planning, Carolyn applies her analytical mindset and operational expertise to support clients with clarity, precision, and exceptional service. She is married and the proud mother of three children.
